Summary
We are looking for a “Financial Controller (f/m/d)” in the “Central Functions Controlling” department at the Ulm location as soon as possible.
As a business partner, the Central Functions Controlling department is responsible for controlling the central functions. It is the interface between the Group’s financial processes and the local functions in order to map all commercial issues in coordination with the functions.
The department is also responsible for controlling overarching projects, such as efficiency programs.
Your Tasks
- Financial Business Partner for the central functions Facility Management, Health Safety & Environment and Security
- Technical responsibility for the comprehensive controlling of the functions including all relevant planning and reporting processes
- Ensuring customer-oriented, monthly reporting (target / actual deviations)
- Supporting the specialist departments in adhering to budget targets by recognizing deviations at an early stage and initiating appropriate measures
- Responsibility for the financial calculation and invoicing of facility management services between and within the individual Group companies and to external parties
- Supporting the implementation of business cases and their commercial evaluation
- Collaboration in the development and implementation of digitalization initiatives
- Close cooperation with other finance departments, in particular Cost Accounting and Price Audit
- Taking on special tasks and ad hoc analyses for various stakeholders
Your Profile
- Completed studies in economics, business administration or similar
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility
- Good knowledge of cost center and cost unit controlling
- Good user confidence with SAP ERP and MS Office and high IT affinity
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Flexibility and adaptability with regard to working environments and requirements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
- Business fluent German and English skills
