Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and directs all aspects of the Finance and Accounting department, ensuring Smooth and Efficient operations.
  • Supervises and ensures the Efficient running of all Accounting Functions within FIVE.
  • Ensures all Financial and Management reports are Accurate and Available by their Due Dates.
  • Reviews and certifies any Internal or External Financial Reporting before distribution, ensuring the Highest standards of Accuracy and Compliance.
  • Oversees the Timely preparation and release of Meticulous monthly Financial Statements and other related Reports.
  • Defines and implements ‘FIVE-Styled’ internal control Policies and Procedures to Maximise FIVE’s profitability.
  • Maintains a Robust System of internal Accounting control, ensuring transactions are executed in Compliance with generally accepted Accounting Principles and specific country Legislation.
  • Manages the preparation of FIVE’s Yearly Operating Budget, ensuring it aligns with FIVE’s World-Class standards and objectives.
  • Monitors and manages the Budget, ensuring all Financial Goals are met and any variances are addressed Promptly.
  • Ensures books, records, and accounts are maintained Accurately, reflecting the transactions and administration of FIVE’s assets.
  • Verifies that all Balance Sheet accounts are fully Reconciled on a monthly basis, with any discrepancies Immediately identified and corrected.
  • Leads and develops the Finance Team, fostering a Culture of Excellence and Continuous Improvement.
  • Provides Training and Support to Team Members, ensuring they are equipped with the Skills and Knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Engages in Strategic Financial Planning, providing Insightful and Visionary financial guidance to support FIVE’s Goals and Ambitions.
  • Collaborates with Senior Management to develop and implement strategies for Financial Growth and Stability.
  • Maintains effective Communication with Stakeholders, providing regular Updates on financial performance and key initiatives.
  • Builds strong Relationships with External Partners, including Auditors, Regulatory Bodies, and Financial Institutions.
  • Facilitates and oversees any internal or external Audits, ensuring Full Compliance with audit Requirements and Standards.
