OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a relevant finance position in an international company (e.g. FP&A, Business Controlling, Commercial Finance)
- High analytical skills and strong understanding of finance business processes
- Basic Knowledge of IFRS group reporting and management reporting specifics
- General Experience in SAP FI/CO and SAP BI
- Skills in Power Pivot, Power BI, and Power Query are a plus
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Ability to cooperate as part of a larger, cross-functional team
- Successfully works with individuals in remote locations and across regions
- Structured, diligent way of working with good time management, communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Commercial support for companies in Switzerland within the Central Europe region, coordinating between the companies.
- Monthly and quarterly reporting, coordination between internal and external reporting.
- Creation and analysis of actuals, budget, and forecast
- Support for the development of standard (BI & frontend) reports for the Switzerland market (Care Enablement and Care Delivery), analyses based on data provided by the specialist departments.
- Revenue, cost of goods sold, material, and function cost analyses, as well as contract controlling.
- Support for optimizing processes between Care Enablement and Care Delivery
- Cross-departmental coordination and definition of metrics and KPIs
- CO master data; maintenance of profit center & cost center hierarchies, investment orders, etc.
- Alignment/standardization of finance KPIs and metrics with the management team
