OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a relevant finance position in an international company (e.g. FP&A, Business Controlling, Commercial Finance)
• High analytical skills and strong understanding of finance business processes
• Basic Knowledge of IFRS group reporting and management reporting specifics
• General Experience in SAP FI/CO and SAP BI
• Skills in Power Pivot, Power BI, and Power Query are a plus
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• Ability to cooperate as part of a larger, cross-functional team
• Successfully works with individuals in remote locations and across regions
• Structured, diligent way of working with good time management, communication and organizational skills

• Commercial support for companies in Switzerland within the Central Europe region, coordinating between the companies.
• Monthly and quarterly reporting, coordination between internal and external reporting.
• Creation and analysis of actuals, budget, and forecast
• Support for the development of standard (BI & frontend) reports for the Switzerland market (Care Enablement and Care Delivery), analyses based on data provided by the specialist departments.
• Revenue, cost of goods sold, material, and function cost analyses, as well as contract controlling.
• Support for optimizing processes between Care Enablement and Care Delivery
• Cross-departmental coordination and definition of metrics and KPIs
• CO master data; maintenance of profit center & cost center hierarchies, investment orders, etc.
• Alignment/standardization of finance KPIs and metrics with the management team
