An opportunity has arisen at Covert Security Consultants, CSC, in Naas, Co. Kildare for an experienced Financial Controller.
As a financial controller, you will oversee the accounts department providing financial expertise to enable the successful implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives while maximizing the return on investment.
In addition, the financial controller creates and executes a business plan that is aligned with the business, and brand’s business strategy and focuses on the execution of financial and accounting activities and the delivery of desirable financial results. This is an office based role.

Monthly forecasting and management of business through profit forecast in conjunction with the CEO/ Managing Director.
Annual Budgeting
Monthly profit and loss account, Balance sheets and bank reconciliation
Responsible for financial/ internal controls
Working as part of the business’s exec team
Management of the finance team
Liaising with 3rd parties as required i.e. suppliers
Participation to various meetings with CEO / Managing Director and senior team members to plan and discuss various issues both at strategic and management level.
Hands on involvement in all financial matters when and where required
Problem solving
Take responsibility for training team leaders
Variance analysis
Cash Flow Analysis
Preparation for annual audit pack
To build strong relationship with key members of the operations team
Ensure all companies on business ledger have adequate credit and at no point exceed credit limit
