THE ROLE: Due to continued growth and exciting strategic business plans, a leading healthcare organization is seeking to hire a Finance Manager. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Finance Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts department, focusing on enhancing internal control systems and delivering monthly management accounts.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
Previous experience in staff management and financial function oversight.
Strong understanding of finance and IT systems, emphasizing necessary controls.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and change management skills.
Proven track record in implementing process improvements.
Proficiency in Excel and IT systems.
Proactive, ambitious, and energetic demeanor.
