Financial Controller

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy with a minimum of 4-5 years of Financial Analysis, Accounting, and Consolidation work experience;
• Proficient in MS Office application;
• Meticulous and with good organization and presentation skills;
• To have a willingness to mentor and guide others;
• A problem solver with attention to detail;
• Dynamic and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Responsible for month-end closing for multiple entities.
• Preparation of monthly financial report. Ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting.
• Preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Filling of statutory, business statistics and other types of returns as required by local tax and legal legislations. (GST, Corporate Tax, and Audit).
• Liaising with suppliers, auditors, and tax agents to ensure that all accounting activities comply with the accounting policies and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Support/Work closely with Operations in related accounting tasks. Giving advice and guidance on all financial matters to the business operation.
• Direct the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the finance operation.
• AGM and handle other business stakeholders.
• Other ad-hoc assignment as required.
