Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Superior Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or other relevant professional training;
  • 1-2 years of experience;
  • Proven ability to work and collaborate with people in cross functional teams, as well as multiple stakeholders across a range of local markets;
  • Exceptional organisational skills, strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory;
  • Advanced proficiency in excel, as well as good knowledge of other reporting & consolidation tools (SAP, Hyperion, QlikView or similar).

Responsibilities:

Support the preparation of analysis and monitoring of Sonae Arauco’s performance to support the Management teams decision-making processes, namely:

  • Ensure the production of information regarding reporting, business analysis and budget control, according to Corporate Control guidelines and internal procedures;
  • Collection and consolidation of information, developing a qualitative analysis, in order to guarantee the accuracy and quality of information regarding the performance of the group, providing relevant and value added information to Business Partners;
  • To support controlling environment, focused in producing relevant, timely, exact information to support management decision making, analysis of KPIs and working closely with Business Partners to improve operational efficiencies. It requires high attention to detail, interest in the business activities to identify relevant items and transform data into information;
  • To partner with Industrial and Commercial departments to identify key areas for attention and necessary change needs;
  • To assist in delivering the monthly reporting and the analysis of the variances, with a keen eye for risks and opportunities;
  • To facilitate the ongoing analysis and reporting of critical KPIs for multiple stakeholders;
  • To support the month end HFM reporting process by clearing soft validations and contributing to HFM enrichments. Act as point of contact for audit deliverables and queries in relation to your activity within your area;
  • To produce the monthly Board Pack for meetings, with further breakdowns on a regional / functional basis. You will be involved in the design and implementation of further periodical reporting and be expected to provide insightful information for consideration. This could be new reporting or enhancement of existing reports;
  • You also will be involved in various ad hoc projects as required.
