Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership of the Data & Reporting function and associated business requirements
  • Create and lead a culture across the onshore and offshore team that places the customer at the centre of all business decisions
  • Management of incident and issue management frameworks
  • Contribute to the development of service level agreements for service providers and business partners
  • Ensure adherence and effective controls are in place for all financial, regulatory and compliance requirements to minimise potential loss. Eg. AuDM/ SOX, BCP/ BIA
  • Satisfactory audit ratings across functional responsibilities as measured by both internal and external auditors.
  • Support the AML Investigation and Data & Reporting Teams ensuring they demonstrate an understanding, awareness and application of all agreed compliance standards including participation in risk governance activities
  • Day to day management and people leader responsibilities of the Data & Reporting team, including motivating and developing the team
  • Partner with operational stakeholders on intelligence/investigations matters to gather necessary information for effective intel analysis and output
  • Supporting the development & implementation of the FCS strategy
  • Conducting research and analysis of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
  • Aligning departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the FCS strateg
