We are looking for junior team members to join our Financial Due Diligence team within our Advisory business area. As an Associate you have recently graduated from university and have gained experience in accounting through summer jobs or internships.
Our team specialises in financial due diligence services and works closely with our Corporate Finance, Deals Strategy and M&A Integrations & Separations teams across the deal continuum. Our clients include private equity houses, domestic and international corporates as well as small, owner managed businesses. These clients have varying needs but share one common view and that is an expectation that we will deliver high quality services to them. Consequently the quality and experience of our Transaction Services team is paramount.
You would join our financial due diligence teams in analysing target companies’ historical trading, assets and liabilities, cash flows and working capital development and business plans. Our team typically works with large financial datasets enriched with various types of external data. Although a large proportion of our work is based in Finland our teams also have the opportunity to work internationally on large cross border engagements.
