Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of accounting journals and assistance with monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assistance with the monthly payroll process and year-end closing processes
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
  • Processing incoming invoices, maintaining up-to-date vendor records and reconciling vendor statements
  • Assisting with the preparation of payment batches and executing payment runs
  • Supporting the month-end closing process by ensuring all accounts payable transactions are accurately recorded
  • Maintaining an organised filing system for all financial documents
