We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Associate or Senior Associate to join our clients Financial Lines Insurance team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with a highly rated partner, a pre-eminent insurance practitioner, and be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that advises on complex and high-profile matters.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• AUS/NZ qualified, with 4+ years’ PQE (UK qualified lawyers will also be considered)
• General insurance litigation, financial lines, professional indemnity, and director and officers (D&O) experience
• Strong academic credentials, self-driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and coach, mentor, and develop more junior staff
• Commercial awareness and confidence in building client relationships
