Description:
Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking full-time Financial Management Analyst III. This position is in support of the customer sites located in GA and VA. This position is exempt.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Federal Government experience
- Experience in business management software such as U.S Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Knowledge and experience with inter-departmental government protocols and issues
- ITIL v4 Fundamentals
DESIRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience in operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
- Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations
Required Skills:
- Expert with Microsoft Software Programs (Visio, Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to understand requirements and their impact on technical directions of a solution
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong proofreading, grammar, and editing skills

- Ability to develop, document, and ensure adherence to technical standards

Responsibilities:
- Financial planning activities such as executing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting
- Prepare, analyze, and report key financial and operating metrics to identify trends, track progress, and make recommendations.
- Play a key role in the design and implementation of new initiatives and special projects; demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects and priorities.
- Support business needs and requests from finance leadership to help drive enhanced insights to improve business performance and identify efficiency opportunities
- Enhance and/or develop tools to support better decision making across the company, leveraging U.S Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Develop and maintain resources (e.g., standard operating procedures (SOPs), manuals, templates, guidance, reports) over the course of the budget lifecycle to document existing financial management tasks and optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of team deliverables
- Support documenting the business process, workflows, and deliverables
- Perform analysis and review of data refinement to support efficient review and evaluation
- Perform technical editing and formatting
