We are looking for North Europe Financial Manager to join our Finance team and help us manage our subsidiaries in the UK, the Netherlands and Finland (and more to come).
Successful candidates must be motivated, enthusiastic, self-starters able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

• Manage and supervise the company’s daily financial and accounting operations, reporting to the Global CFO
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, projections and budgets, with the help of local teams and/or accounting agencies.
• Monitor and analyze financial results and make proposals for improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Carry out bank management.
• Lead and develop a team of professionals in the area.
• Evaluate and control the financial situation of the center and prepare periodic reports on stability, liquidity and economic growth.
• Lead the execution, development and approval of financial statements such as balance sheets, profits/losses. Analyze differences in accounts, ratios, income/expenses, and investment analyses.
• Ensure compliance with the circuits and processes that affect the economic – administrative area. Detect possible anomalies and opportunities for improvement, prepare the corresponding reports and monitor compliance with the established recommendations.
