Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Use Excel to produce high-quality spreadsheets, forecasts, and projections
  • Convert known cashflow events into a financial model
  • Use financial analysis tools to evaluate Net Present Value (NPV) and Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis
  • Create and present easy-to-understand and complex models for management in the commercial Deal Desk and Product organizations
  • Create valuation models to value large commercial deals and projects in order to provide investment and pricing recommendations
  • Suggest options for improving financial quality of a deal based on the deal construct and contract negotiations
  • Assist with strategic planning to test various financial scenarios and estimate the return profile of new projects

Qualifications

  • BS/BA Degree; Advanced degree preferred
  • Excellent Excel skills or experience with similar spreadsheet software
  • Strong financial acumen, including financial modeling and return on investment analysis
  • Solid understanding of financial analysis terminology and best practices, such as Discounted Cash Flow and Sensitivity Analyses
  • Strong telecom industry product knowledge is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a great sense of urgency and follow-through
  • Ability to work effectively across various business functions in the organization
  • Requires an individual who is detail oriented with superb organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Requires an ability to work and meet strict deadlines with limited supervision

Base Salary $78,500 - $117,705/year commensurate with experience.
