To ensure we can achieve our strategic goals, it is essential that we have the right infrastructure in place across our professional services departments. As a result, we have a brand-new opportunity for a Financial Modelling Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.
This position plays a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making and enhancing transparency in financial reporting within the LSTM group. As part of the Financial Planning and Reporting team, you will posses strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BRING THE FOLLOWING:
- Experience and proficiency in financial modelling techniques including forecasting, sensitivity analysis, scenario modelling using Microsoft Excel or specialised financial modelling software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar would be beneficial, but this is not essential
- Experience with regional databases and SQL queries would also be desirable
