LSTM is on a journey of transformation to ensure we remain at the forefront of developments in tropical disease and global health. To ensure we can achieve our strategic goals, it is essential that we have the right infrastructure in place across our professional services departments. As a result, we have a brand-new opportunity for a Financial Modelling Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.
This position plays a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making and enhancing transparency in financial reporting within the LSTM group. As part of the Financial Planning and Reporting team, you will posses strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BRING THE FOLLOWING:

  • Experience and proficiency in financial modelling techniques including forecasting, sensitivity analysis, scenario modelling using Microsoft Excel or specialised financial modelling software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar would be beneficial, but this is not essential
  • Experience with regional databases and SQL queries would also be desirable
