Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly financial analysis and forecasting in relation to budget and targets
- Investigate and provide monthly analysis of business unit performance and highlight drivers of variances
- Work with both Finance and non-Finance teams to review results of analysis and develop rolling forecasts
- Financial Reporting – provide best-in-class reporting and analysis
- Extract, aggregate and quality assurance data from the multiple sources in support of performing operational, financial and executive reporting
- Ongoing development of financial reporting and analysis tool – including AI which can improve business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Collaborate with IT and business units to advance the group’s reporting capabilities and improve accuracy of data
- KPI – Development, tracking, analysis, and reporting
- Monitor trends and drivers
- Prepare and develop BU scorecards and dashboards
- In collaboration with the Global CFO - lead and coordinate the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process
- Treasury
- Cashflow tracking and forecasting
- Banking covenant calculations & forecasting
- Prepare financial related analysis and research in area such as financial and costs saving performance measures
- Provide key financial information and support ad-hoc reports as directed by management
- Prepare draft Board presentations
- Assist with due diligence, financial analysis and assessment of business viability of acquisition targets
- Participate in business integrations of acquired businesses
- Involvement with the IT integration Team, making sure we are adding the right reporting capabilities and correctly measuring the identified KPI as we integrate new businesses with ConnectWise (within the last bullet of the Responsibilities section), e.g., participate in the monitoring and testing of IT systems’ integration
