The Financial planning analyst plays a key part in aiding the delivery of settle’s growth strategy as well as playing a vital role in owning and maintaining settle’s business plan, supporting the review and approval process for new development, regeneration and sales and assisting with analysis on strategic finance projects.

Responsibilities:

OUTLINE OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…

  • Maintain a fully stress tested Business Plan that reflects Corporate Strategy and is compliant with external (E.g. Regulatory, lender covenants) and internal measures of financial health
  • Own the cyclical production of settle’s Business Plan and associated stress testing and recovery planning
  • Partner with the Development Team to ensure investments are appraised, deliver the required financial returns and are managed within the overall Business Plan capacity
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships; understand business wide financial needs; identify competing demands for finite financial resources; bring analytical perspectives to help senior management evaluate trade-offs and consider financial options enabling settle to achieve the best overall outcome
  • Support the production of all regulatory and lender returns, ensuring complete accuracy
  • Prepare analysis for board and other committee meetings
