With the expected (international) growth of Source.ag operations, we are looking for an additional team member for Finance. As the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for the company-wide financial planning and analysis of the whole company, including developing and maintaining accurate budgets, improving financial reporting and developing KPI dashboards. You will work closely with different team leads to manage compliance with budget and to develop business cases. The ideal candidate should have very strong financial modelling skills, be detail-oriented, and understands the needs and goals of the business. You like to work in a team and have a clear communication style.
