Description:
FINANCIAL REPORTING
- Run Finance’s quarterly fleet revaluation process and produce the Finance reporting output for the Fleet Valuation Forum (and attend the Forum as a member)
- Reconcile the balance sheet produced by the MOG Treasury team, liaising with them to resolve any issues
- Attend the Servicing, Maintenance and Repair Forum and produce workings relating to In-Life Service Costs and deferred income
- Attend the Insurance Forum providing any accounting inputs and supporting the Group’s IFRS 17 – “Insurance contracts” disclosure requirements
- Produce the Group’s monthly management accounts – production of the Group Reporting Pack (GRP).
- Support the month end and monthly analytical review, analysing and explaining year-on-year movements to the Group income statement
- Support the Group’s rental and asset accounting for the Family Fund leasing scheme

Responsibilities:
As a member of the Financial Reporting and Tax team you will help to ensure that the 3 companies comprising the MO Group comply with all statutory and regulatory financial reporting and tax requirements, including financial statements and corporation tax returns, and to provide timely and accurate financial reporting and tax analysis to management.
