• 7+ years of experience in Financial Management Reporting and understanding a comprehensive set of best practices and tools for developing and delivering technology financials.
• Management of financial ecosystems experience
• Expert problem solver. Finding simple solutions to complex questions and problems. Thinking outside of the box. Uses knowledge gained through prior experience, education and training to resolve issues and remove barriers.
• Self-directed and experienced in managing resources aligned to program, but not assigned based on reporting structure.
• Ability to understand technical concepts to create strategic, enterprise-level summaries reporting.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex problems, identify opportunities, and develop effective solutions
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously while continuously measuring and improving processes
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and lead a global multi-disciplinary team
• Bachelor’s Degree/Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Technology required, Masters preferred
• Advanced experience with use of financial systems and reporting tools (SAP, PowerBI, etc.)
