Stanton House are partnering with a highly acquisitive, financial services business to hire a Financial reporting manager in London. This is an exciting opportunity within a fast paced, well established organisation where you shall gain exposure across financial reporting and provide vital information for key stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to join an AIM Listed organisation. The role has a wide range of responsibilities across group reporting, statutory accounting and management reporting. The role will work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders as a member of the group function to communicate vital financial information to promote financial performance. This role reports directly into the Group Financial Controller and has a clearly mapped out progression opportunities
Responsibilities:
IN ORDER TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE;
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA)
- Experience in financial reporting and statutory accounting
- Group consolidation experience is a must
- Strong Understanding of Audit
- Ability to manage a range of stakeholders
- Strong IFRS experience
- High attention to detail and good organisation skills
RESPONSIBILITIES SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO;
- Accurate consolidation and preparation of Statutory accounts
- Ownership of relationship with External Auditors.
- Month end reporting and forecasting for Group
- Driving process improvements and automation, including being part of exciting future change activities.
- Support with integrating newly acquired businesses
- Stakeholder management
- Monthly performance reporting
