Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Financial Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive benefits guidance and support to our members remotely. The representative will serve as a point of contact for employees, answering inquiries related to benefits plans and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills. Training provided!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote support to employees regarding benefits policies, procedures, and plans
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and ensure accurate and timely processing of related documentation
  • Answer employee inquiries and provide guidance on benefit options, eligibility, and coverage
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Assist with the development and implementation of employee benefits programs, including open enrollment
  • Maintain accurate records of employee benefits records and ensure confidentiality
  • Stay updated on changes in benefits regulations and communicate updates to employees as necessary
  • Handle benefit-related escalations and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex benefit information to employees remotely
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative

Compensation:

-Ability to earn $60,000 - $125,000/year with weekly, and quarterly bonuses available
