Description:
The Immigrant & Refugee Services Division at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark (www.ccannj.com/refugee_immigration.php) seeks a Fingerprint Specialist to complete the following duties:
- Meet with sponsors of unaccompanied minors to capture fingerprints and facilitate background check.
- Log data relating to fingerprinting cases, and operate and coordinate information data system relating to fingerprinting.
- Manage program records.
- File and respond to phone calls and inquiries regarding fingerprinting appointments.
- Schedule appointments and manage program calendar.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma/GED
- Fluency in Spanish
