ABOUT THE ROLE
Academic Work is looking for a Junior Administrative Coordinator on behalf of KONE. The start is immediate, and the assignment initially extends until the end of 2024 with the possibility of extension. Here, you will work in a crucial support role, assisting the team with invoicing and order processing. To thrive in this role, we expect strong communication skills and a willingness to assist others, as well as the ability to carefully handle routine tasks with a focus on detail. Locally, you will receive support from more experienced colleagues in your tasks, and you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the daily tasks in an international team and work environment.
WORK TASKS
- Creation of purchase orders and quotations in the SAP system
- Updating data in the system
- Tasks related to invoice processing and reconciliations
