REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application
• ACII/AAII, CGI/HI qualifications or relevant insurance equivalent would be an advantage

• Liaise with policyholders, intermediaries, investigators, surveyors, adjusters, investigators, lawyers, 3rd party claimants, sister companies etc
• Manage and process claims expeditiously, professionally and equitably within agreed service benchmarks or applicable protocols
• Add value to underwriters by advising underwriters on issues discovered during claims handling such as issues due to gap in policy wording and on risk improvement
• Periodic review of files, as and when required and ensure recovery claims are pursued and followed up periodically
