Description:

We’re developing and maintaining the firmware of our next generation BLE smart devices (including routers, beacons and scanners) based on the newest hardware architectures. You’ll leverage your expertise in C/C++ programming and communication protocols (BLE) to design, implement, and test the specified functionality.

Tasks

  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable Bluetooth firmware using C/C++ programming language.
  • Implement industry-standard Bluetooth protocols (e.g., BLE) for communication and data exchange.
  • Integrate Bluetooth functionality with other hardware and software components.
  • Develop and implement unit and integration tests to ensure the functionality and performance of Bluetooth features.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of Bluetooth firmware with the overall system.
  • Analyse and debug Bluetooth-related issues reported during testing or in the field.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience developing Bluetooth firmware for embedded systems.
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems architecture and programming principles.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming language and experience with embedded development tools and debuggers.
  • Experience with Bluetooth development tools (e.g., Bluetooth Low Energy stack, protocol analysers).
  • Excellent problem-solving with strong communication & analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
