Job Description:
Firmware Test Engineer
We are in search of a proactive and skilled Test Engineer to join our Firmware development team and collaborate with the firmware development team in testing Firmware engineering test, with a focus on core control systems. This role involves conducting complex tests, participating in test means modifications, and test analysis in our laboratory, which operates at a megawatt scale. The products being tested range in power rating from kW per unit to MW in parallel.

Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering , Mechatronics or related field, or Senior Electrical Technician seeking further growth in the technical domain.
- Proven experience in testing and validating power electronics or similar systems.
- Understanding of firmware development and its interaction with hardware.
- Proficiency in planning and conducting tests, with meticulous attention to detail, and experience in failure mode analysi

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the firmware development team to test and validate core control systems and participate in test means modification.
- Qualified to judge and approve dedicated test results, and participate in test plan definition.
- Utilize an electrical background to contribute to the installation and setup of test stations.
- Execute tests, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy, and work closely with FW engineers in a dev.ops manner.
- Demonstrate a self-driven approach to work and enjoy hands-on experiences in a dynamic lab environment.
