JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a First Level Software Support Technician to join our Customer Support Team. In this role you will be responsibile for providing efficient support to all end users of Aryza Lending Solutions software applications; triaging, diagnosing and solving issues and providing advice for a broad range of queries. The Support Team offers exciting development opportunities for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced software solution environment with a positive attitude to customer support and a genuine desire to understand the customer’s business objectives.
