Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7, Rotational Any 5 from 7, Rotational shift, (5.30am to 14:00pm & 13:30pm to 10:00pm)

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a First Line Manager - Warehouse to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.

• To directly assist management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance in your designated area
• To supervise, implement and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, ensuring that all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames, while always maintaining standards of excellence
• To track and trace orders using a digital in-house tracking software system, ensuring that records are maintained and kept at optimum level
• Implement, monitor & control Health & Safety action plan for the Operation ensuring in line with site plan
• Objectively assesses team members, grows team member skills and helps people achieve their full potential
