Shift patterns: Days & afters rotating shift Monday-Friday (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm) and night shift Sunday-Thurs (10pm-6am) available.

DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Warehouse FLM to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.

• To directly assist Management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance in your designated area.
• To supervise, implement and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, ensuring that all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames, always maintaining standards of excellence.
• To track and trace orders using a digital In-house tracking software system, ensuring that records are maintained and kept at optimum level.
• Oversight of kitting and goods out department ensuring all work is completed in a timely manner to customer specification
• Conducting 1-2-1’s, return to works and development planning for members of staff
