I’ve got a captivating contract opportunity in. Our client, a major IT consulting firm in Belgium is seeking a First Line Support Engineer
Position: First Line Support Engineer
Contract: 3 Years + Possible Extension
Location: Brussels (Hybrid)
Language: English & Dutch

REQUIRED TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

  • Excellent knowledge of Active Directory
  • Demonstrable basic knowledge of ITIL Service Support
  • Demonstrable basic knowledge of networks
  • Demonstrable experience of standard PC installations
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Office + Office 365 (1st and 2nd line)
  • General demonstrable AD knowledge (1st and 2nd line)
  • General demonstrable windows knowledge (1st and 2nd line)
