Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Self identify as First Nations, Metis or Inuit
- You can demonstrate at least 5-8 years of experience in project management, ideally within the financial services or technology industry. You have managed cross-portfolio projects in a matrix environment. You have experience with waterfall and agile methodologies and knowledge of the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC). You have experience with project management and issue management tools like Planview, ServiceNow, and JIRA. Must have experience working with cloud technologies preferably Azure Cloud. Experience with AWS and GCP is an asset. Must have hands-on experience working with Tableau.
- You have a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field of study. It’s an asset if you have your PMP designation.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior IT Project Manager in the Cloud Program Delivery team, You’ll provide guidance to a project management resources and manage a portfolio of projects from end-to-end. Reporting to the Director, IT Project management, Infrastructure, Planning and Engineering and working in a matrix environment, you will work with peers in the various streams to support the successful delivery of all projects in the portfolio. You will also play a lead role in the development, implementation and ongoing management of portfolio governance controls and processes. These controls and processes are aligned with the larger CIBC Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF).
