As the Fiscal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in individuals’ lives, making a significant impact through:
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of disbursements in the cash disbursements journal
- Make regular payments as required to all vendors and staff to keep up with current expenses
- Collect, duplicate (if needed), and file all correspondence, forms, etc., pertinent to the fiscal office including staff time-studies
- Assist with payroll and pay journal entries, which includes reconciliation of payroll general ledger to ADP reports quarterly
- Work with Executive Director on program reports
Fiscal Assistant Minimum Salary: $16.00
Fiscal Assistant Maximum Salary: $18.00
Fiscal Assistant Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; 8:00am-3:30pm with 1/2 hour lunch
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma of GED
- Associates Degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience working with a diverse population
