The Role
Our client, a leading Interior Fit out contractor based in the UAE is looking to hire a Project Manager with experience projects in hospitality, retail and offices. The role encompasses comprehensive management from the project’s inception through to its completion. You will be responsible for guiding and inspiring project teams to meet goals and deadlines, relying on your adept leadership and exceptional communication skills. Your duties include initiating projects by aligning with client needs, budgets, and timelines. You’ll assemble and lead teams, fostering a collaborative environment to drive success. Through meticulous planning and scheduling, you’ll ensure efficient progress and timely completion. Resource allocation and budget management fall within your purview, alongside proactive risk management to address potential challenges. Clear and transparent communication with stakeholders remains paramount throughout the project lifecycle, resolving conflicts promptly to maintain momentum.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years working experience in retail, hospitality and office fit out projects. Degree in Civil Engineering. Must have delivered projects with in the UAE or the GCC.
