Responsibilities

• Guiding Guests on Their Wellness Journey: Escort guests through their personalized wellness experience, catering to their unique needs, preferences, and health objectives. Cultivate a connection with guests to grasp their stress points and wellness aspirations.
• Expertise in Wellness Practices: Attain and uphold a comprehensive understanding of all REKOOP’s wellness therapies, remedies, and solutions. Your role involves aiding guests in selecting treatments, facilitating their setup, educating them on the process, and addressing any queries they may have.
• Active Involvement: Depending on the therapy, your presence may be required throughout the session, with periodic check-ins or support at the session’s outset and conclusion. Your attentive presence ensures guests feel nurtured and at ease.
• Follow-Up Engagement: Following each session, interact with guests to suggest additional services that could enrich their experience, address any concerns, underscore the advantages of their treatment, and guide them back to the lounge area.
• Education and Facility Tours: Provide informative tours of our facilities, elucidating the advantages and characteristics of our offerings. You may also act as a wellness mentor for guests, formulating and supervising their wellness plans.

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record in customer service, hospitality, fitness, wellness, holistic health, nutrition, or similar areas.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, adept at establishing connections with various individuals.
• Solid grasp of health and wellness fundamentals, coupled with a commitment to ongoing learning and flexibility.
• Possession of certification or background in health coaching, nutrition, or fitness is greatly beneficial.
