Responsibilities:

Superb opportunity to join an award-winning leading international Legal 500 law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to a Healthcare regulatory bodies.
The firm is recognised across the country for its outstanding client care and high-quality lawyers.
The firm’s Healthcare and Regulatory team is going from strength to strength, having just secured a new, lucrative Client tender. With this, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Associate / Solicitor to work alongside its existing Team dealing with a range of regulatory cases including disciplinary investigations, NHSE investigations and CQC investigations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Healthcare Regulatory matters, namely those involving Fitness to Practise, alongside exposure to advocacy.
The role will include handling a caseload including disciplinary investigations, NHSE investigations, and CQC investigations. The role will also include supervision of team members, and occasionally providing training to clients.
