Description:
YOUR DAY TO DAY:
Preventive and corrective second level troubleshooting ensuring quality, continuity of service and the restoring time for Packet and Voice Core Network elements.
WITH THESE SKILLS YOU ARE A GREAT CANDIDATE:
- 1-3 years of experience in IP Services as DNS, NTP, BNG or/and Cisco equipment Operations and Maintenance activities.
- 1-3 years of experience in Linux OS and Database operations (security patching).
- 1 year experience in scripting and automation (Python, Ansible)
- Packet Switch E2E network analysis and troubleshooting, problem and change management. Analyse and interpret traces (Wireshark traces, network element traces, logs).
- English (spoken and written) and German (nice to have, spoken and written / reading, listening and willing to develop).
MUST HAVE TECHNICAL / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree: faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology
- 2 years of experience in a similar role in Operations and Maintenance activities.
