FL - Bilingual/Spanish Experience Security Officers for Special Events

JOB SUMMARY:

• Monitor access points and conduct thorough security checks.
• Crowd management, including controlling entry and exit points and ensuring proper flow of attendees.
• Provide a safe and welcoming environment for guests and attendees.
• Follow access control procedures as directed.
• Maintaining exceptional communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills
• Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 5-7 Year U.S. work history may be required.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License.
• 2 years Security Guard experience.
• Must be able to understand both English and Spanish and communicate effectively in both the verbal and written form.
• Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.
• Military experience a plus.
