ABOUT THE ROLE
This position offers a full-time and permanent opportunity. We are seeking an exceptional candidate who will be responsible for effectively managing all aspects of client orders, combining the roles of Customer Service Specialist and Flatbed Dispatcher within our Flatbed Division. Working closely with our Operations team, you will ensure an unparalleled customer service experience for all our valued clients. Your role will be instrumental in contributing to the success of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) team and the overall organization. As you become fully acquainted with our existing processes and procedures, you will be encouraged to contribute to our continuous improvement initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:
Act as a primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of customers within the Flatbed Division, ensuring exceptional customer service and addressing their specific needs.
Skillfully negotiate, book, and coordinate cargo movements for our Flatbed Division, including managing the dispatching of flatbed trucks for efficient and timely deliveries.
Monitor and address emails in the CSR inbox, promptly responding to general customer inquiries by phone or email, with a focus on flatbed-related queries.
Conduct thorough comparisons of waybills and purchase orders, diligently following up with customers in cases of discrepancies, specifically for flatbed cargo.
Collaborate closely with the Operations team to coordinate and execute the dispatch of flatbed trucks, ensuring the seamless execution of customer orders.
Ensure proper documentation and customs paperwork for flatbed cargo, including border crossings (PARS, PAPS, ACE/ACI), complying with all relevant regulations and requirements.
Provide comprehensive and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Create and update orders in TMW, our transportation management system, with a specific focus on flatbed operations.
Continuously strive to achieve the highest level of service delivery and promptly resolve any flatbed-related issues that may arise.
