Valvoline Express Care is excited to announce an opening for our Commercial Sales/Fleet Account Manager. The Fleet Account Manager will maintain daily contact with customers and provide exceptional support through professional verbal and written communication, with the goal of exceeding the customer’s expectations and regenerating new fleet accounts. The success of this role will be measured through the customer service scores provided and the number of active accounts maintained by the FAM.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promotes an enthusiastic attitude.
  • Creates cost-effective sales and account plans, advertising programs and merchandising strategies for the fleet offering.
  • Ensures that the fleet services sold produce sufficient gross to aid the business in reaching its objectives on a monthly & yearly basis.
  • Desire to work well in a team environment and work closely with our general service managers.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
5 years experience in commercial outside/inside sales
Auto experience/ background
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong time-management/organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and with a team
Willing to go the extra mile
Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
Maintain a positive outlook when dealing with adversit
