DHL, an award winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to play a vital role providing administrative support to the management team in our transport department.
Responsibilities:
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will
- Provide fleet management support for the VWG demonstrator fleets across the 5 brands & NLC
- Pro actively management the fleets to ensure efficient in fleeting and defleeting in line with brands requirements.
- Detailed analysis of wave planning recommendations to be presented to the brands at monthly meetings.
- Annual budget trackers and activity forecasting aligned to brand planning
- Order and Register vehicles for brand
- V5 Management
- Update the brands throughout the month to ensure ordering, registration and deflate targets are met and on time
- Work with GBA to push cars through PDI to avoid any delays or shortfalls in brand targets
- Use the monthly and weekly reports to analyze fleet trends and ensure the integrity of data is maintained. Strive for continuous improvement and share best practise across the brands
- Provide support the Demo Customer Services Manager with projects and other initiatives required to effectively manage the programme.
- Provide detailed analysis of wave planning recommendations to be presented to the brands at monthly meetings.
- Management of P/O ensuring appropriate cover and approval as well as payment of subsequent invoices
- Prepare and present monthly reviews meetings with the Brands
