Here at Banham Security, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Co-Ordinator to manage our distinguished fleet of vehicles. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and reflects our commitment to providing the best experience to our customers.

WHAT CAN YOU BRING TO BANHAM?

As Fleet Coordinator, you will work closely with our Fleet Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company vehicles. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating maintenance, managing insurance claims, monitoring fuel consumption, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards. You will play a key role in implementing our fleet strategy and fostering strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the scheduling, maintenance, and repairs of our fleet vehicles.
  • Ensure accurate processing of fleet-related invoices and insurance claims.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all fleet documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve logistical issues.
  • Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Monitor health and safety standards related to fleet operations.
  • Assist with data entry and asset management processes.
  • Cover Fleet Manager duties during their absence.
