We are proud to service Australia’s east coast, as a leading business in energy distribution, delivering a safe and reliable electricity supply to more than 1.8 million homes – that’s over four million Australians relying on us every day.
Our vision is simple; for our communities to have the power for a resilient, affordable net zero future.

We value a culture of working and living safely, being customer focussed, commercially minded, collaborative, honest, accountable, and respectful. Responsibilities:
The Fleet Controller manages a complex fleet of light vehicles, heavy vehicles and construction plant. The role suits an experienced fleet candidate with a natural interest in vehicles and plant who is looking to progress into a challenging fleet environment.
You’ll ensure alignment with strategic objectives while managing financial and commercial aspects in line with established metrics and budgets. Key responsibilities include managing the daily operations of a 1000-strong vehicle fleet across the Sydney region, working closely with stakeholders to deliver, move, and maintain vehicles, and ensure the fleet is running smoothly. You’ll offer specialist support on fleet systems to business users, review and analyse data for improved outcomes, and solve problems as they arise. Additionally, you’ll contribute to process reviews, provide guidance to other business units on fleet-related matters, and conduct fleet performance and benchmarking analysis as required. This role requires someone with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
