New opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive Fleet Data Analyst to join our Fleet Management team, where you will provide analysis and development of fleet solutions of Toll’s fleet assets.
As Fleet Data Analyst you will gather and share information and advice that is specific to acquisition, use and disposal of fleet assets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the Head of Commercial – Fleet, to prepare fleet models and strategic proposals for Toll fleet, including:
  • Manage the multi-year fleet plan models, as strategic inputs to budget and forecast processes.
  • Align strategy outcomes with business partners, identify risks and opportunities central to fleet.
  • Innovative solutions and research align to Toll Groups carbon emissions reduction targets.
  • Consolidate detailed fleet report packages and presentation templates.
  • Support stakeholders by monitoring proposed asset acquisition timelines on fleet assets by BU.
  • Provide general support for business managers, through detailed analysis and monitoring issues.
  • Collaborate with the business partners to create and maintain KPI driven fleet models and reports.

Knowledge and expertise required for this role include:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain and/or solutions, commercial, consulting roles
  • Ability to see the “Big Picture” and quickly reach an understanding of requirements
  • Strategy, Commercial, Operational Business understanding
  • Solutions modelling experience
  • Good communication, collaboration & relationship building skills
  • Strong problem solving skills with a logical mindset
  • Sound Excel, PowerPoint skills - exposure to Business Intelligence reporting advantageous
  • Business Degree (possibly mathematics/statistics related)
