Fleet Operations Specialist

Your tasks
For FSC part of Continental Italia Spa
He/She is responsible for operational processes relating to services for long-term rental, corporate fleet customer.

Activities:

• Helpdesk to our customers for business of long-term rental, corporate and truck fleet customer with the goals of providing support customers in business growth.
• Master data maintenance customers, suppliers and product records, uploading of price lists and commercial conditions.
• Training activities for fleet service providers
• Implementation of processes together with the sales force with the aim of finding the best solutions to support the business.

Your profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships
• Strong attitude to organization and problem solving
• Good knowledge of the office package (xls and ppt)
• Italian fluent or mother tongue, English good knowledge
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles (back office and front office activities)
• Knowledge of automotive industries (nice to have)
