Fleet Ordering:

• Mapping and maintenance of the company car policy
• Mapping and maintenance of leasing instalments in Fleet Ordering
• Update and maintenance of Vehicle discount and Leasing database

Vehicle orders:

• Ordering all company and service vehicles in Germany and abroad
• Ordering fuel and service cards for vehicles in Germany
• Creating leasing offers ( benchmark) for internal (domestic and foreign) and external customers
• Monitoring of order documentation Order confirmation/order invoice
• Support during the ordering process Queries about the configurator, company car guidelines, leasing offers

Invoice processing/controlling:

• Factual checking of leasing, workshop, hire car and vehicle cost invoices and approval of factually verified invoices
