ABOUT THE ROLE

Origin is on the lookout for an energetic Product Manager to help steer our strategy for innovation, concentrating on the development of electric vehicles, along with mobility products and services. Your leadership will be vital in turning Origin’s vision for electric transportation into reality, with a particular emphasis on Electric Vehicle (EV) Fleets and EV Charging Solutions.

Responsibilities will include:

• Develop a comprehensive roadmap balancing customer desirability, viability, and feasibility, and manage project delivery timelines and stakeholder relationships.
• Provide sales support during the contracting and implementation of products, assist in business development and tender opportunities, and conduct due diligence on new technologies and commercial partnerships.
• Map processes, manage change related to new features, and prioritise and develop a backlog of mobility requirements across multiple projects.
• Advocate for Origin by educating customers about our mobility solutions, serve as an expert advisor on Origin’s mobility products, and overcome barriers and objections to drive customer adoption.

You will have a passion for working in collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify problems and solutions. With the ability to prioritise tasks effectively to deliver value and act as a as a product expert. You will also be able to demonstrate.

• 8+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Experience with technology projects like Salesforce.
• Background in working with B2B sales teams.
• Familiarity with fleet products, including leasing and subscription models.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to an Agile environment
