Independent is for all ambitious and people who want to advance in their careers and we are currently looking to hire an experienced Fleet Supervisor to join our Logistics team in our Head Office in Tecom Dubai. Some of the key responsibilities for this role:

• Understanding planning, shipping, warehouse management and inventory systems
• Managing daily routes/schedules of shipments and deliveries
• Tracking the progress of shipments
• Knowing all aspects of warehouse operations
• Reviewing inventory needs and keeping adequate stocks
• Liaising with other departments such as creative, food production, finance
• Managing the staff and planning the staff rotas in line of changing needs
• Liaising with other suppliers and negotiating optimum rates
