FLEXI-JOB CHEF DE PARTIE - MOXY BRUSSELS CITY CENTRE
2 - 5 days per week
Wee are looking for a flexi-jobber who like to work as a chef de partie in our restaurant The Fifty One at Moxy Brussels City Centre.
During your shifts as a Flexi-jobber you will be responsible for running a section within the kitchen.
You will be working closely with our team of chefs to ensure that dishes are prepared and cooked according to the standards.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of dishes in alliance with set procedures and recipes
- Team player with your kitchen & restaurant colleagues
- Reviewing of ingredients and deliveries to make sure all products are top-notch
- Monitoring waste and portion
- Be a helping hand and creative brain for the Head Chef
- Up to date regarding all hygienic rules, safety rules and all HACCP regulations
