Responsibilities:
THE ROLE YOU COULD FILL:
Under the direction of the Head of Germany and through a direct and project sales approach, your mission is to identify a portfolio of 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) or Retailers significant clients in your country, and then initiate and develop customer relationships, by co-designing a complete solution proposal (vehicle & service sales), negotiating the purchasing contract, implementing the solution, and assuring the monitoring of the operational execution & related efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Initiate customer leads and build a complete recuring client portfolio base
- Contribute to build and execute Flexis project commercial strategy in your area of responsibility and customers portfolio.
- In coordination with the rest of the sales team, build a project sales approach specific to each customer needs:
- Understand customer needs (ESG, financial & operational) and its ecosystem to offer tailor-made adequate solutions/support.
- Develop complete solutions and drive its execution.
- Follow-up on implemented solution and drive needed evolution/support though the lifetime of the project (continuous improvement approach).
- Promote long term partnerships development with customers, strengthening position as best business partner on their transformation journey.
- Foster collaboration with the team to constantly adapt / improve solution offer match with customer needs both from a product and service perspective.
